Keynote: Why do content management projects fail?

Thursday, November 10th, 13.00

However successful your content management system (CMS) roll-out proves to be in terms of technical achievement, your project will fail unless you find a way of overcoming the inevitable cultural barriers which a project of this nature entails.

A change management strategy should run parallel to a CMS implementation yet this remains the most frequently-cited reason for failure among project managers.

Whilst the issue is a complex one, it is by no means impossible, and in this keynote Erik will show you how to build the foundations for real user acceptance.
