Profile: Martin von Haller Grønbæk

Martin von Haller Groenbaek is a partner of Bender von Haller Dragsted law firm.

Martin advises clients on legal issues related to emerging IT such as open source, Wi-FI, RFID, web services. He is the co-author of a Danish textbook on Internet law (now in second edition).

He serves on numerous board of IT companies, industries organizations and governmental committes. Among these DK-Hostmaster, Giritech, Danish Open Source Vendors Association and Internet Society Denmark.

Computerworld Denmark has listed Martin as one of the most influential people within the Danish IT-industry.

Among these are publishers liability for content, copyright with respect to published materials, compliance with open source licenses and different legal aspects of using weblogs s part of a CMS.
