The second largest supplier on the Nordic market for general insurance have over the last couples of years experienced a dramatic increase in the customer's usage of the different web services offered.

 

We have also learned that self service on the net offers considerable challenges to the existing way of doing business, and that the customers seem happy - but immediately want more.

 

In order to be better prepared for the latest changes in the market, we have change into a new Content Management system.

 

We have learned that net campaigns achieve much better results when combined with off line campaigns. Hear more about the specific campaign and the results.
